2nd Spiritual Creativity Circle

Our 2nd Spiritual Creativity Circle is coming up!

Our inaugural circle was a great success and we look forward to this month's incarnation.


On Saturday, February 9th, we invite you to join us again for an evening of going inward.
From 6-8pm we will connect with the depth of our being with the help of a guided meditation and drawing exercise. Whatever thoughts, feelings or insights we will encounter can be shared in a safe and meaningful way during the closing Talking Stick Ritual.

The purpose of this gathering is to make space in our busy, daily life to pause and realign with the intuitions and guidance we receive from our deep, inner dimensions.

Meditation Guide: Jan Throndson; Yoga instructor, Life Coach, Astrologer, Writer and Dancer; top left

Arts Guide: Changes from month to month and will be either a member of the group or specifically invited artists. This month Carolin will guide us through a drawing practice.
Participation Donation: min. $15/circle (goes toward hosting expenses, creation of new, monthly meditations and the art guides) Pay online and we will reserve your spot!

This is a come as you are gathering. You need no prior meditation or art experience! We only ask that you respect the non-religious, non-denominational nature of this group. EVERYONE is welcome if you have an open heart!

Be sure to bring a meditation cushion, yoga mat and/or blanket to sit on for the meditation segment. We want you to be as comfortable as possible!

If you have a love for the Arts and enjoy yoga, meditation, praying and/or self-reflective activities then I think I have something you might be very interested in.

Every New Moon I am facilitating a powerful, monthly Spiritual Creativity Circle at my home.  (First Circle: 01/12/2013)

We will combine professionally guided meditations with creative, expressive art forms, such as singing, dancing, drawing, acting or writing. Every meeting will close with the ritual of a talking stick circle.

This will be a safe, loving, rich and heartfelt environment in which we will nurture our connection to our authentic selves and our spirit by going inward and then letting different expressive arts show us how to transform that what we feel, think and perceive. The Talking Stick ritual will give us the chance to share our experience and any relevant thoughts with the group in a non-judgmental, safe space.
